The Jestin/Katz book, while having many fine and useful features for the AP teacher that recommend the book on its own, has much better typesetting as a bonus. I enjoy looking at the text in it and I find, when the kids give me a chance to read a couple of lines, that I grab that text first before comparing it to the LaFleur book and not vice versa.

My point: whoever does your typesetting does a wonderful job.
